I spent the weekend at Paddlesport - Jersey Paddler's (one of the country's largest paddle sports dealers) annual spring sale.  When I stopped by the Legacy booth I notice that they were displaying their new SOT, the Mariner.  The Mariner can utilize either the multi propel drive or the volt electric motor option from the company.  I knew that Legacy was developing the kayak but I hadn't expected it to be introduced until the Outdoor Retailer Show in July.  This design will allow the kayak to be used in virtually any environment since water coming over the sides can now drain. The rudder is recessed.
