LATEST ABU GARCIA REELS AND RODS NOW AT RETAIL
Revo Beast Named ICAST Best of Show for Freshwater Reel
COLUMBIA, S.C. (September 29, 2014) Anglers need wait no more for the latest in product introductions from Abu Garcia®. The popular tackle maker introduced new rods and reels at the 2014 International Convention of Allied Sportfishing Trades (ICAST) in July and these items are now available at retail outlets nationwide. Named best new freshwater reel by industry members and media attending ICAST was the Abu Garcia Revo® Beast, a workhorse reel built to throw big baits.
Introductions in addition to the low profile Beast were the Blue Yonder surf casting reel and the C3 Striper Special that has been designed for inland striper. Also introduced were the Orra family of spinning reels including the S, SX, Power Finesse and Inshore. Each features the Rocket Line Management system for improved casting and durable stainless-steel High Performance Corrosion Resistant (HPCR) bearings.
