KFM - FaceBook Kayak Fishing Picture Contest Results |
We thought it would be a good idea to use Facebook to have a photo contest. Our friends over at Hook, Line and Paddle (HLP) asked us how we can do something together on FB. So we came up with the idea of holding a photo contest. With over 250 pictures I would have to say it was a success and from the responses we got people had alot of fun. Winner gets gift certificate to Hook, Line and Paddle Here is link to all the photos on our Kayak Fishing Magazine Facebook page. Click Here As Kayak Fishing Magazine on Facebook grows each and everyday we will look to work with other advertisers and sponsors of KFM to come up with different contest's on Facebook that will allow everyone to particapate. Here is the winnng picture with a few comments from Hook, Line and Paddle on why they choose the picture. "KFM this is what I feel is the winning pic. Really cool idea. kinda artsey no kayak in the pic but I am cool with that if you are. So here is the winning pic and the winner will get gift card to the store." HLP Here is a few comments from the winner Luther Cifers on his picture. "Thanks again for the photo contest. That was fun. I'm surprised my pic won but am really happy about it. I caught that fish on a cold, windy April evening at a creek off the York river. Got into a small school of reds. Really didn't expect to find them there at that time of the year. They bit like crazy for a few minutes then turned off. Ended up getting some schoolie stripers after the sun went down." Thank You KFM For more information on Luther and his company YakAttack you can find it at www.yakattack.us. |
