Polar Bear sent us their “24 pack” size for testing and it’s a perfect fit for your tank well. This model is designed to keep items warm or cold depending on your chosen cooler cargo. It’s very light and does everything it claims to do (and then some). This cooler is also available in 12 pack, 24 pack, 48 pack, and backpack sizes. We gave this cooler a thorough testing during our recent trip to the Susquehanna Flats. I froze (4) 16oz water bottles and loaded them into the cooler with 6 dozen Sand Worms to feed the hungry Stripers via my Tube-N-Worm rig. (um, got skunked :( ) I’m happy to report that after 4 days of this cooler being in a hot truck and Dillon carrying them for everyone as he was our “bait barge”, the Sand Worms and the Ice were in the same condition as the day we headed south! I’m confident that Polar Bear has a winning product here. Lightweight, easy to clean and easy to store as it has a soft shell, not the typical box we are accustomed to lugging around. This thing works, and works well! At right, Dillon and Johnny Wheels. Dillonwas kind enough to be the bait barge for all of us this day.
“The Polar Bear cooler is the cooler you keep. Built for the outdoor enthusiast, our quality product will be there for you when you need it. Nothing keeps cool like a Polar Bear! The Polar Bear will keep ice for 24 hours in 100 degree heat and will keep hot up to 200 degree for many hours. Exceptional quality inside and out. The Polar Bear’s leak proof / sweat proof design is tough, rugged and built to last. The heavy-duty outer shell is comprised of 1000 denier Cordura nylon and high-density open cell foam. The PBC will not mold or mildew and is washable in soap and water. |
