Montauk - 2009

I was wondering if anyone made it out there for some fall action? I am going to head out next week

Danny hit it yesterday. Got some bass, no albies, blues are there. Montauk hasn't really gotten going yet. Very late.

There's a group of us here in Rhode Island stumbling through the plans of a trip to montauk in early November. We've made the trip as shore fishermen, but not with Kayaks. Any advise on where to launch or fish would be greatly appreciated.

Rodman, got your PM. The only place where I have launched is either Turtle Cover or just to the east of the light.

So far the fishing as been very disappointing.
