Default Install hatch on a Prowler Trident 11

I need to gain access to the inside of my hull to properly mount a set of out-riggers. I'm not sure where I should mount a hatch. There really isn't any room. Any suggestions?

When we use to install rudders in Prowlers we went in through the flush mount rod holes. That would give you access to the proper area.
