The Salty Fly Rodders, a 43 year old NY based Fly Fishing Club, will be having its monthly meeting on August 3rd, 2009. The meeting will start at 6:30 pm at the Queens Botanical Garden on Main Street, Flushing.

This meeting will offer an opportunity to improve your cast with practice sessions on the lawn and then the meeting will feature both a demonstration on rigging and setups for the fall run of Albacore, Stripers and Big Blues as well as a Flea Market of all Fly Fishing related gear.

Members will be selling materials, flies, tackle, gear etc. Come meet the Salties and pick up a bargain at this exciting meeting
