Ive been bass fishing all my life. I have recently got notion to get a kayak to fish out. I have yet to fish out of.one. Ive been looking at the stealth 14 because of the livewell and I've read it was.stable. has anyone fished out of this.boat

I haven’t fished from one but I've read that have received good reviews.

I've owned one now for about 10 months and so far I love it. (Though adimittedly, 5 of those months I didn't use it because of cold weather conditions through the winter) It's a very stable hull and tracks well. If I was a smaller angler however, I might have opted for the Stealth 12 just to shave off a bit of weight, but wanted the weight capacity of the Stealth 14 since I'm a bigger guy.

Mine is outfitted with a BassYaks motor and a Stand N Fish pontoon/leaning post as well. Check out kayakfishingsupplies.com as they are one of the largest Malibu dealers in the country and they know these boats very well.

CJ has been rigging fishing kayaks quite awhile and has a ton of experience, even though he's a pretty young guy. He is in the epicenter of where kayak fishing began in San Diego. They shipped me my yak from their Mission Bay store in San Diego to my doorstep in perfect condition (which initially was my biggest fear) for a very fair price. He rigged my boat just the way I wanted it, and is one of the best yak riggers out there IMHO.
