manta ray 11 kayak

We recently purchased two brand new mantaray 11 kayaks. The first day on the water turned into a disaster that could have resulted far worse consequences.Apparently the kayak has a defect ,under the seat on the left side under the yak were the porthole is sealed. When u sit on kayak it pushes a hole tru the kayak that caused the kayak to take on substantial amount of water,we returned the yaks back but like always we had to argue my kayak was yellow and it was visible were the yellow had turned white were it was about to push a hole tru the same spot.We also turned over a kayak that was for sale on display wit the hole already push tru.The look on their face priceless ,these kayaks need to be reviewed and retest before they cause a death on the water
