Hi readers and writers,
As far as I know and I can't understand why it has taken off sooner!
I'm the first licensed kayak fishing operator in WA and perhaps Australia
I've been a mad keen kayak fisherman since my teens in white water boats but since moving to Broome In the north west of Western Australia I've had to move to a boat that could handle the huge tides , ( up to 11m changes), and huge fish .

The perception swing has long been my boat of choice for its sharp lines, good tracking, speed and stability.
I keep the gear to a bare minimum and it works for me and makes it easier when I have clients.

I've had some awesome catches and have started moving into more use of the soft plastics with regular success but I still like trolling hard bodied lures, (see pics for evidence).
I'm flying to our capital, 2200km south, (it's a big country), in 1 week as one of four finalists in the Best New Business in WA Awards so it's been well received and will move on to bigger and more varied options in the near future!
I'm lovin' it!
Good Mag, talk soon.
Regards, Gregg Davey
