Your Lures Kayak Fishing Tournament Results
We had 46 anglers show up for the Paddle-Fishing.com Tournament Series Event #3. The "My Lures/Your lures". The lure exchange went off great with everyone adhering to the rules and providing some good quality bags for the lure exchange.
There was no slam caught so the winners fell back to the three largest fish caught.
First Place-Redfisher with an impressive 93.5" of redfish-$207.00
Second Place-Fishmaster892 with 90" of redfish-$124.00
Third Place-Countryboy_UCF with 74" of redfish-$83.00
SlikNik provided the winning bag of lures and won $46.00 for his efforts.
Redfisher also won a beautiful slam print donated by Jeff Harrell AKA Snookfinatic of Snookfinatic Designs. Winning that print is better than the $$ in my opinion.
Largest Redfish-Tide1on- 30 1/2" Winner of a $25.00 Hook1 gift certificate.
Largest Trout-Paddlaroun with a 23.75" trout. Winner of a $25.00 gift certificate from Holy Mackerel Tackle gift certificate.
Fly Division-We had a good showing of fly anglers but only one fish caught in tough casting conditions. Lazyloop won out with a 16.75" trout to win the $25 gift certificate from Bill Jacksons Shop for Adventure.
There were no snook caught so the gift certificate from Masthead Enterprises was raffled off. I believe SlikNik was the winner.
Big thanks to bassboy and Dick's Sporting Goods who provided some great raffle prizes. For those who did not show up to the pic-n-sip you missed out on an opportunity for some nice free stuff and an impressive performance by our own BigT as the emcee and host. To say the entire room was rolling on the floor in laughter is an understatement.
To say that yesterday's fishing conditions were cold and tough is putting it lightly. This group of anglers never ceases to impress me on their determination and skills.
